What makes you passionate about Early Childhood Education? The early years for children is such an important stage of their development and I love that as a centre we can assist in this growth. It is so rewarding watching children develop their confidence and social skills in a group environment. I have worked in the industry for over 26 years and over these years it has been wonderful to watch the industry be recognized for the hard work educators do each and every day in playing such a strong integral part of a child’s development.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best child care? We are a smaller size service with a strong family feel. Many of our staff have been at the centre for over 10 years which is what gives us that special family feel for our staff and families. Our staff are experience in what they do and love being part of the Milestones Greensborough family.

What makes you passionate about Early Childhood Education? Being able to find a career that not only inspires you, but allows you to enjoy every day is a luxury I am lucky to have. I am passionate about mentoring our Educating Team, Sharing our collective knowledge with others, and guiding children’s learning along the way. Having a natural passion of educating young minds & creating strong relationships with children is something I’ve have for a long time. Being part of some of the most important years of their life is rewarding.

What makes your centre different from others? We consider ourselves a family of educators, a family of community & an external family for our children. We genuinely care about each and every individual child & family. They are just as important as each other. Creating such an individual relationship allows us to have strong connections, relationships & learning environments for our children & families.
